Addition and renovation of Dempaire´s Clinic. Maracaibo, Venezuela. 2012

Addition of the D' Empaire clinic(Private) in Maracaibo Venezuela, about 14,000 m2 (150000 Sq Ft) including parking, medical and dental professional practices building. Integrating the urban sector and the proposed addition through new access roads to the health complex and generating an eco-parking.

 Remodelation and addition of  Center Information Systems in the University of Zulia called Direction of Telematics (former Computer Center) with 1200 m2 (13000 Sq Ft), with a new building concept as a center of high technology area, instead of being a barn in poor maintenance conditions. A new vision of the technology.

Proposal of a new Plaza Market  in Maracaibo Venezuela, approximately 15000 m2 (161500 Sq Ft) integrating the reference project with a proposed threshold to the existing urban structure, creating a vision of the urban city concept nonexistent sector.
